POSITION SUMMARY The senior organization development consultant leads corporate and cross functional organization development initiatives by working collaboratively with clients to lead organizational diagnoses utilizing data-based methodologies to identify critical issues, root causes and assess client needs; identifies, recommends, designs and/or implements appropriate solutions utilizing change management principles and tools, and measures appropriate interventions to evaluate effectiveness. This role requires a focus on enhancing organization, group and individual performance through the application of organization development principles, methods and tools. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Based on the needs assessment, designs, delivers and leads cross functional complex OD interventions to address identified needs. Interventions can be delivered at the individual, work group, department or organization level. * Conduct complex diagnostic assessment/needs assessments, utilizes advanced statistical methods to analysis data, proactively identifies issues that impact performance, human capital management and business effectiveness. * Builds and maintains effective partnerships with key functional leaders, human resources and management staff. * Independently leads or manages projects; may also partner with business line leaders and HR VP s to lead projects. * Able to design and evaluate project impact similar to level 5 or ROI. QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. * 8-12 years relevant experience or Masters degree with 6-10 years relevant experience. * URAC Core 4A and 4C * Proficiency in statistical software i.e., SPSS, Word and Excel is needed. * Ability to design, gain alignment and successfully significant OD initiatives from start to finish. * Knowledge of human behavior, adult learning program delivery, organization development theory and practice as well as working knowledge of all facets of human capital management and leadership theory required. * The ability to prioritize, manage time effectively and keep issues confidential is critical to this position.
