By driving these human resources solutions, your work will serve both firm and associates best interests and support Edward Jones being recognized as a Best Place to Work.HR Systems ManagementThis resource will help with the HR Systems roadmap making strategic decision regarding governance, controls, adopting new functionality, identifying opportunities for improvement, developing new support strategies and processes, and leveraging technology advancements.Key Responsibilities:Reinforces the prioritization process in order to ensure effective utilization of HR system and IS resources in conjunction with firm, division and area priorities.Responsible for workflow coordination and completion of prioritized system support and enhancement items along with communication with end users on status of these items. Work with outside areas regarding system interaction for training, marketing and appropriate usage of tools.Business area support structure design and execution of support strategy.Monitor systems access to provide business owners the information they require while maintaining the integrity of the various human resources systems. This includes all applications used to support the business areas. Lead in the analysis, design, and implementation of new functionality forHR and miscellaneous other business systems. This includes:Consult with business area leaders and end users Document and communicate functional requirements to IS Determine appropriate uses of the systems to meet user's needs Coordination of system testing and user acceptance Provide support and administration, including technical configuration of HR systems, evaluate, analyze and recommend improvements andchanges to current system functionality. Qualifications Required in the Job:Minimum 5 years' experience in HR related systems functional support and enhancement developmentMinimum 5 years' experience in business process re-engineering, procedures development and documentation, and project leadershipStrong analytical, process mapping, and procedural documentation skills Ability to identify opportunities and lead in the execution of solutions.
