KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Contracting & Business Value Analysis to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.
Utilize solid financial knowledge, financial modeling skills and business acumen to build financial models, interpret data, draw conclusions and make recommendations that deliver results, drive improvements and influence leadership
Responsible for financial analysis to be utilized for selection of technology vendor models and products by performing valuation and risk analytics while always considering future mode of operation that aligns with target state and strategic initiatives
Present modeling results and findings to leadership for decision making
Work with the client, as well as the financial and strategic sourcing teams to ensure defined requirements are being met and adhere to schedule constraints
Optimize individual and department efficiency by identifying information sources, testing financial analysis models and gathering reference information to ensure business growth and development, as well as achieving short and long-term cost efficiencies
Minimum three years of recent experience with financial or strategic modeling
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
Demonstrated excellence in business analytics and business value identification with ability to draw and articulate conclusions from data and models
Strong Excel skills: must be able to build comparisons and summaries between business scenarios and contract proposal versions and be able to build pivots and link between tabs, moderate level of excel formulas and data conversions
Experience in developing metric reports
Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving, analytical and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; ability to positively influence, mentor and be a credible source of knowledge to less experienced team members
