Sr Analyst, Digital Analytics p /p p /p p The Senior Analyst, Digital Analytics will be at the forefront of Company s burgeoning data-driven digital strategy. This individual will support the broader Digital Commerce team through digital product analytics, reporting, and insights, as well as the technical management of the underlying systems and processes to ensure data availability and accuracy. Leveraging existing analytics and optimization tools and data points, identify revenue/profit-generating opportunities/programs and generate actionable insights. Design and build relevant reports and dashboards. Bring passion for learning and data-informed decision making that shapes holistic view of our business with consideration for all aspects of the customer experience from front-end web experience through order fulfillment and customer service. /p p /p p Personal competencies for success include excellent quantitative reasoning, analytics, and problem-solving skills; ability to create partnering relationships with stakeholders, and communicate complex information effectively and clearly; strong attention to detail, particularly in technical and numerical domains; and an inquisitive attitude that s not satisfied until you ve found the answer. /p p /p p b u RESPONSIBILITIES: /u /b /p ul li Author, share, and iterate on analyses, dashboards, and reporting ul li Overall business and application performance /li li User experience and conversion insights /li li Campaign and content measurement /li li General quantitative analysis /li /ul /li /ul p /p ul li Operationalize adoption of digital analytics tools and systems ul li Administration and process implementation /li li Develop and enhance tagging specs for existing and new site functionality /li li Maintain digital analytics backlog and workflow /li /ul /li /ul p /p ul li Ensure technical efficacy of digital analytics data architecture ul li Perform data quality audits; identify data collection issues and gaps; recommend fixes /li /ul /li /ul p /p ul li Prepare benchmarks, forecasts, and projections to enable adequate assessment of anomalies /li li Prepare and present insights leveraging effective data visualization and succinct communication for Digital Commerce leadership decision support and briefing /li /ul p /p p b u REQUIREMENTS: /u /b /p p /p ul li Bachelor s Degree in Business Marketing, Economics, Finance, Information Technology, or Mathematics/Statistics is preferred /li li 3-5 years of advanced analytical experience with digital product analytics, web analytics, or digital marketing analytics minimum 2 years of digital product/web analytics experience specifically /li li Proficiency in digital analytics tools and processes, experience in Adobe Analytics strongly preferred /li li Strong communication skills to present ideas and persuade action /li li Expertise in data visualization /li li Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel /li li Proficiency in Tag Management Systems and digital analytics tagging /li li Ability to understand business objectives and support business case development, inclusive of financial implications, incrementality, and profitability /li li Strong knowledge of project management methodologies /li li Must perform well in high pressure situations, balance competing priorities, and demonstrate the ability to work without direct supervision /li /ul p /p p /p p /p Saint Louis Support Center p /p p /pPanera, LLC and its affiliates are equal opportunity employers committed to a diverse workforce.
