Hours from other major metro's or minutes from a bustling downtown, serene parks and outdoors-join us in calling St. Louis home.As a Senior Programming Analyst, you will work with stakeholders and within your team to understand, create, coordinate and execute items in the Feature backlog. Either as a Product Owner, Development Team Member or a Scrum Master, you will be in charge of translating needs into tangible solutions while understanding the business requirements at various levels.We're everyday winners in the pet care category; but that's never enough. Our culture persistently challenges us to do better when we know better, and to always think "what's next?"PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Utilize product backlog to properly document a product solutionWork with a development team, a product owner and/or a scrum master to design and develop application deliverables for new manufacturing execution system (MES) implementations and/or changes to existing MES applications.Provide technical support to factories and other internal business partners for assigned MES applications.Troubleshoot, analyze and remediate issues relating to MES applications.Maintain user reference materials by writing and revising or managing the writing of documentation for MES applications.Contribute to development of strategy of MES applications considering new technologies, upcoming enhancements to MES applications and manufacturing systems.Recommend and implement process improvements; recommend technical solutions to support and streamline MES applications.All other duties as assigned.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (minimum):Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field9 years' development experience3 years' experience using JavaScript and Angular3 years' experience using Java and Tomcat3 years' experience using C/C and C# (.NET Framework, .NET Core2)3 years' experience using DB/2, SQL Server, Powershell, and Azure DevOps5 years' experience with warehouse control systems (WCS) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) projectsIt is our business imperative to remain a very inclusive workplace.To our veterans and separated service members, you're at the forefront of our minds as we recruit top talent to join Nestl Purina.
