Job Description
Senior Graphic Designer (eLearning)
Conduent is seeking a talented senior graphic designer to conceptualize ideas and graphically create materials for our Sales Performance Acceleration team in an eLearning environment that will help our Global Sales Organization succeed. If you are a designer whose work evokes emotion and succinctly conveys concepts, this is a great opportunity for you to work with a dynamic group.
This is a 100% remote position. Can live anywhere in the US with a preference for EST and CST time zones. Minimal future travel could be required.
Please provide an online portfolio showcasing your design work (eLearning and PowerPoint examples preferred) and a resume. The majority of materials created for this position will be PowerPoint presentations and PDFs.
Job Functions:
Masterful at creative development from early concept stage through full design to clearly reflect the learning objective
Collaborates with the Sales Performance Acceleration team to conceptualize graphics to support eLearning programs and digital/print material, primarily for an internal Sales audience
Highly skilled at understanding and creatively executing on a framework and ultimate aim(s) of a project
Creates short “explainer” videos – leveraging PowerPoint
Prepares images for course developers
Prepares and packages graphic assets for the web
Adept at creating templated material for training purposes
Consistently designs in congruence with the Conduent brand
Minimum Education, Skills, and Experience Requirements:
8+ years of graphic design experience in a corporate setting
A minimum of 6 years of conceptual information graphics experience
Learning environment experience highly preferred in learning and development, instructional design, and/or with microlearnings
Highly creative thinker who executes on concepts in a corporate sales environment
Special Qualifications:
Expert in PowerPoint and InDesign
Expert Adobe Creative Suite skills
Highly proficient in MS Office suite
Experience in creating training guides, educational materials, infographics
Experience with eLearning development tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise a plus)
Experience with Adobe Captivate, Animate and Spark
Experienced with web browsers (e.g., Chrome, Internet Explorer)
Understanding of UX and development best practices
Experience prioritizing and organizing concurrent projects
High sense of urgency to meet quick turnaround times; exceptional time management skills, ability to multitask
Effective project management and communication skills
