Kforce Senior Compensation Analyst in Saint Louis, Missouri
Kforce has a client in search of a Senior Compensation Analyst in Saint Louis, MO.Key Tasks:
Design, generate consolidate, and manipulate data from and to various systems in order to capture data and provide meaningful complex reports/summaries based on customer needs
Provides guidance and assistance in regard to compensation trends and analytics, job evaluation, salary administration, compensation systems, programs, policies and procedures; May assist in the development of compensation related procedures/guidelines
Review, evaluate, and market price jobs using multiple market pricing tools; Assists in maintaining job evaluation data/tools for all positions within the Americas organization; Works with HR Business partners in support of compensation related requests for information/market pricing; Analyzes salary survey data upon receipt of survey results completing internal equity reviews as requested
Assistance with various compensation related projects, including but not limited to, alignment of target bonuses, exemption classification analysis, internal equity analysis and corresponding communication; Assists with content development for the Americas best practice trainings
Partners with HR Operations to improve process automation, data cleanliness and build solid governance around global reporting; Continuously works to ensure that data is always up to date and accurate, proactively looking for ways to enhance the systems processes and rules
Assist in ensuring timely and accurate administration of the annual compensation process in support of merit and bonus processing
Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline, or the equivalent in related work experience
Five or more years of experience as a Compensation, Data, and/or Business Analyst; Or, the equivalent, demonstrating the ability to analyze and provide insight on large volumes of data
CCP preferred; Global Compensation experience plus
Knowledge of HR Systems; Workday required
Knowledge of Compensation Systems; CompAnalyst preferred
Excellent MS Excel and Analytical skills; ability to work with large amounts of confidential data: VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, complex formulas, graphics, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
General knowledge of local, state, and federal compliance laws, including DOL, FLSA, and Anti-Trust Regulations
