KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) to join our Human Resources organization.
Provide research and market analysis, support local recruiting teams and leaders on ways to enhance and further develop a strong local and regional recruiting strategy for underrepresented talent; provides input and makes recommendations to DEI management based on the research
Work with the marketing and branding team on content and deliverables; develop strategic presentations for leadership and other key stakeholders
Partner with the reporting team monthly to analyze trends on firm/program/area of investment hiring results as well as other ad hoc reporting and analysis
Working with DEI leadership, respond to surveys and applications to demonstrate the firm's commitment to recruiting/hiring underrepresented talent
Research emerging trends, external programs, and other avenues/ innovative DEI strategies that might help further the overall TA DEI strategy; analyze competitive intelligence and stay informed on new and emerging diversity trends and best practices to determine action items
Participate in internal and external DEI programs as needed including local BRG events and activities
Minimum three years of progressive recruiting experience, preferably in the DEI space preferably within a professional services environment
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent
Works comfortably within a complex, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders and decision makers
Self-starter who can work independently; proven performer who is results-oriented, executes against multiple timelines while remaining client-focused to lead solution-driven initiatives and recruiting processes that add value, and are aligned against functional and BPG priorities
Collaborative work style; strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, as well as excellent analytical skills who consistently lives the firm's Values in their work and interaction with others
