What will you do?
Responsibilities include working closely with manager and team to complete assigned project work, prepare action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you'll collaborate with internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.
Lead and manage projects from initiation through closing.
Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
Make sure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve
Help prepare budgets
Analyze risks and opportunities
Oversee project procurement management
Monitor project progress and manage any issues that arise
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
Work with the sponsor, manager, and Steering Committee to eliminate blockers
Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
How will you get here?
- Bachelor of Science degree required. (examples: Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Engineering, Bioengineering)
- 2 years' experience in a highly regulated industry (examples: Automotive, Aerospace, Food and Drug)
- Equivalent combinations of training, and relevant work experience may be considered. BS degree is required.

Position requires ordinary ambulatory skills and physical coordination sufficient to move about office locations; ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch periodically for prolonged periods of time; manipulation (lift, carry, move) of light to medium weights of 10-35 pound pounds; arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp and type for prolonged periods of time; visual acuity to use a keyboard, computer monitor, operate equipment, and read materials for prolonged periods of time; ability to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear for prolonged periods of time.
