The Boeing Company Process Analyst in Saint Louis, Missouri

The Boeing Company is seeking a compliance focal to join the Systems Application Management Team supporting Boeing Information Technology compliance standard process implementation in St. Louis, MO.

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing consultation to teams on the tools, implementation guidance, testing, and monitoring services to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. The candidate will also follow documented processes to audit/review software development and maintenance activities for compliance to defined requirements. They will also work with other team members to meet performance and strategic goals.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Perform assessments to determine compliance of Non-Airborne Software Accreditation standards

  • Provide guidance and training to application teams to ensure understanding and knowledge of compliance requirements, processes and procedures

  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to develop a thorough understanding of the business, relevant IT risks and core processes

  • Document assessment observations and assist teams in the development of corrective action plans

  • Communicate assessment results to application teams and management

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Knowledge of IT General Computing Controls or Boeing General Computing Security Standards Manual (GCSSM)

  • Application Development & Sustaining (AD&S) experience

  • Proficient with Microsoft office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently as well as on a team in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

  • Ability to easily adapt to changing requirements and priorities

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Minimum 1 year conducting or participating in process audits for software development applications

  • Experience with change management processes and tools or the software development lifecycle

  • Experience in information security compliance

  • Minimum Bachelor's Technical Degree

Typical Education/Experience:

Technical bachelor's degree and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.
