Marketing Execution - Aprimo Administration, Business Systems Consultant 5

Wells Fargo Marketing Execution is seeking to hire an Aprimo Marketing Resource Management Administrator to provide tool oversight, process configuration, administration, reporting and integrations. The purpose of the role is to enable business processes that deliver flawless execution and reduced risk. The Marketing Resource Management capabilities (Aprimo and IBM Marketing Operations/Unica IMO MRM) are the foundational tools that most Wells Fargo marketing professionals utilize to start and manage marketing work.

In support of Marketing Resource Management, the Admin will be responsible for very complex support for multiple processes, implementation, and administrative tasks for the Marketing organization at Wells Fargo including: defining tool configuration and functionality, understanding current and future marketing process and how the toolset can be used to automate them, and translation of business challenges and opportunities into feasible solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for very complex partner assignments to identify and define strategic business issues that require analyses and translates this information into insight, knowledge and understanding of the business and the industry.

  • Consults and performs complex analyses/ analysis design involving application configuration design, process testing and quality assurance, best practice modeling of design, application maintenance, etc.

  • Provide coaching to the end users on the process, and understanding of configuration and process change, and ability to analyze process change impacts.

  • Ownership of routine operational reporting for both Aprimo and IMO. Development and maintaining template reporting. Monitoring and conducting periodic audits to assure quality; other reporting is ad hoc and requires adjustments when used. Aprimo reporting tools, IMO reporting, SQL and advanced Excel are the solutions used.

  • Developing monitoring, controls, and other operational metrics such as cycle time reporting, identifying the right data and approach for use. Productionalize and better visualize data in reporting

  • Responsibilities also include identifying opportunities for process improvement, application process consolidation and how to build into a common data model; participating in and/or leading management information capabilities development work; interpreting and presenting results of analyses and recommendations to senior management.

  • Ensures adherence to change management process and data management/data governance regulations and policies. Data involved may be very large, structured or unstructured, and from multiple sources.

  • To a certain degree, may be involved directly or indirectly in the technical build-out and/or support of application configuration for existing or new groups across Marketing.

  • Leads project/virtual teams & mentors lower level staff.

  • Maintain the application environment (e.g., clean-up of unused and old application components, ie. Workflows, data collection templates, step checklist, custom notifications, etc.)

  • Escalation of issues from End users to applicable next levels of support.

  • Champion the tool within the business line to end users.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
