KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, ServiceNow Engineer to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.


  • Responsible for the architectural design, planning, and testing of products or solutions within ServiceNow while providing technical design and guidance for solution implementation, enhancement, and adoption of ServiceNow platform

  • Lead development and maintenance of all technical standards and roadmaps for ServiceNow

  • Maintain technical and business knowledge of current industry directions and trends for ServiceNow

  • Provide detailed TCO and ROI structure for current and proposed technologies

  • Evaluate the current architecture and develop action plans to make necessary improvements in line with industry best practices and standards

  • Provide last tier support for operations and support teams, including root cause analysis and preventative analysis


  • Minimum five years of experience in leading full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations containing elements of the ITSM/ITOM suites, DevOps, ChatBot, and Cloud Management Plugins

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University

  • ​Expert level understanding of ServiceNow core application UI, workflow configuration, report development, integration components including but not limited to LDAP and SSO

  • Experience with ServiceNow development implementing processes and solutions, with deep process/functional and technical understanding of the CMDB, as well as in software engineering development experience preferable in Python/Java

  • ServiceNow Developer Certification is a plus

  • Must be able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork while participating in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans
