The Boeing Company HR Strategy & Integration Specialist in Saint Louis, Missouri

The Boeing Defense Engineering, Supply Chain & Operations (ESCO) HR team is currently seeking an HR Strategy & Integration (S&I) Specialist. In this critical role you will provide support to three key functional groups (Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain). You will also have a working partnership with other Strategy and Integration HR leaders across the enterprise to ensure consistent and successful execution of HR deliverables.

Your responsibilities will include: * Help create and build organizational plans and partner with the HR leaders on the development of business strategies, goals and objectives. * Maintain and drive actions associated with scorecards/dashboards/reports for business priorities and performance. * Assists HRBPs as a broker for HR services in creating requirements for Centers of Excellence (CoE) and Employee Relations and Labor Relations. * Lead insights/business strategy behind the specific HRBP requested project, share business needs. * Develop and prepare business level requirements in conjunction with HRBP team. * Look for opportunities to leverage complexity and support integration for team cohesion. * Provide strategic insight to CoE regarding business objectives, challenges and opportunities and the resulting talent implications (near- and longer-term). * Fully leverage data and predictive “people” analytics to answer questions and drive out insight that supports the business. * Anticipate risks of misalignment between the function, business and enterprise priorities, and facilitate leaders through associated solutions and decision. * Lead and manage day-to-day operations for the HR leaders. * Ensure communication of process or priority changes to encourage an execution mindset. * Prepare meeting content and agendas, including relevant data in preparation for leadership briefings. * Develop Operating rhythm, communication plans, tracking status and own standard tools. * Prioritize projects for Business Unit. * Oversee and project manage programs/events in support of the business or function; including design, logistics, agenda planning, and standard operating rhythm.

Typical Education/Experience Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
