Kforce Helpdesk Technician in Saint Louis, Missouri

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Helpdesk Technician in Saint Louis, MO.Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming concerns and issues related to systems, software and hardware on computers and end user devices including cell phones and tablets

  • Create step-by-step training material with screenshots for clients

  • Ask educated questions and listen to clients to determine root cause of issues

  • Maintain daily performance of computer systems

  • Performs preventive maintenance, installations/ upgrades; works with Support Center, Field Systems on PCs and printers

  • Work proactively to promote security awareness and practices

  • Client service experience is preferred and A certification is a plus

  • Minimum 1-2 years of technical experience

  • Technically savvy, comfortable working with phones, computers, and operating system

  • Proficient with Microsoft Windows, iOS platforms and Excel

  • Strong communication skills, motivated, completes projects through completion

  • Positive can-do attitude, patient, friendly, respectful

  • Works well under pressure
