Kforce Helpdesk Technician in Saint Louis, Missouri
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Helpdesk Technician in Saint Louis, MO.Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming concerns and issues related to systems, software and hardware on computers and end user devices including cell phones and tablets
Create step-by-step training material with screenshots for clients
Ask educated questions and listen to clients to determine root cause of issues
Maintain daily performance of computer systems
Performs preventive maintenance, installations/ upgrades; works with Support Center, Field Systems on PCs and printers
Work proactively to promote security awareness and practices
Client service experience is preferred and A certification is a plus
Minimum 1-2 years of technical experience
Technically savvy, comfortable working with phones, computers, and operating system
Proficient with Microsoft Windows, iOS platforms and Excel
Strong communication skills, motivated, completes projects through completion
Positive can-do attitude, patient, friendly, respectful
Works well under pressure
