Kforce FP&A Analyst in Saint Louis, Missouri

Kforce has a client that is seeking a FP&A Analyst in Saint Louis, MO.Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the execution of enterprise-wide analytics projects and strategic initiatives, translating business goals into actionable solutions

  • Serve as a strategic partner for assigned business units as well as point of escalation and accountability to ensure effective partnership and satisfaction

  • Partner cross-functionally at all levels of the organization and effectively, both verbally and visually, communicate finding and insights to non-technical business partners

  • Assist with development of enterprise reporting tools and dashboards while driving processes to rapidly deliver data-driven insights and recommendations

  • Assist with preparation of monthly financial packages and reports and provide insights to enable business decisions

  • Develop and maintain financial models for new and existing business initiatives

  • Lead the annual budget and forecasting process for assigned business units

  • Assist with special projects on add needed basis

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Business with an emphasis in accounting or finance and three years of experience in an analytics role OR equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Strong analytical, written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, and Power BI skills

  • Experience working with an ERP package (Microsoft Dynamics, AX, etc.) preferred

  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required

  • Ability to gather, organize, analyze, and present varied financial data

  • Contribute to a successful work group by listening to and taking time to understand management's and co-worker's suggestions and concerns and offer constructive suggestions and ideas that help the team to meet or exceed objectives and goals

  • Establish and maintain a cooperative working relationship with those contacted in the course of assigned responsibilities and maintain a positive attitude in the workplace
