Kelly Services Engineering Project Coordinator in Saint Louis, Missouri

Kelly Engineering is recruiting for an Engineering Project Coordinator located in Saint Louis, MO.

Engineering Project Coordinator –

The Project Coordinator will work closely with our technical leaders and team of Project Managers to help ensure all project deadlines are met.

Daily tasks include updating project schedules, tracking action-items status, maintaining risk registers and issue, and preparing meeting minutes and presentations.

Responsibilities Of Project Coordinator

  • Track project deliverables under the direction of the Project Managers

  • Maintain project schedules in MS Project

  • Attend and report on all Project Meetings as required

  • Prepare meeting materials, including reports, presentations, and agendas

  • Take meeting minutes and distribute to all project team members

  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings

  • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project

  • Disseminate project information to all stakeholders, including progress reports

  • Ensure project deadlines are met

  • Create, organize and maintain the Design History File DHF for the project

  • Work closely with Systems Engineer to ensure Design Control documentation is organized and maintained in the Product Lifecycle Management PLM software system

Qualifications For Project Coordinator

  • 2+ years’ experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role

  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel

  • Excellent attention to detail, organized and methodical

  • Interest and a basic understanding of science and engineering concepts

  • Ability to quickly produce quality project meeting notes

  • Adept to organize large amounts of data, and deal effectively with repetitious work

  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills

  • Bachelor degree in business, engineering, or related field of study, a plus
