Kforce Deployment and Product Support Representative in Saint Louis, Missouri

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Deployment and Product Support Representative in St. Louis, Missouri (MO). Responsibilities:

  • Supports merchant and sales partner inquires received by phone, email, or fax that include answering questions about deployment of new equipment or replacements and answering questions about the functionality of equipment and various products offered to our sales channels

  • Assist merchants with support of products offered

  • Setting up products for our merchants and sales partners and also resetting passwords for product log in

  • Deploying hardware to merchants and sales partners

  • Proper handling of return shipments for defective units

  • Accurately updating spreadsheets used for billing and tracking purposes

  • Adding and removing items from inventory system

  • Inbound/outbound calls

  • Log each call and email to ensure proper handling

  • Provide excellent customer service

  • Scan and update important paperwork

  • Follow up to ensure timely resolution in meeting customer needs

  • High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience

  • Experience working in a computerized office environment

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to problem solve

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multi-task
