Performance Solutions is seeking a Data Scientist to work with a team of highly qualified physicians, business analysts, application developers, and senior service line leadership in developing a robust data science strategy and implementation for Company . The Performance Analyst will be responsible for aiding in the extraction and compilation of data to perform creative, high-quality, and state-of-the-art analyses and data visualizations to give insight into relevant key performance indicators at Company . Company has a robust data infrastructure which integrates clinical, operational, and financial transactions data with an increasing capability to integrate external data sources. This position will be part of a revolution in the way Company continuously measures, assesses, and improves performance objectives and ensures that these objectives are achieved. The candidate should be able to effectively document, develop, and communicate project plans with a variety of technical/non-technical stakeholders. The candidate should demonstrate expertise with data extraction, management, analysis with data analytics tools, be able deliver outputs on a timeline, and lead others in the completion of related work. * Lead or Co-Lead communication efforts to disseminate organizational performance results in a suitable format, such as presentations, dashboards, reports, or via other analytic tools. * Ensure quality of design, execution, and implementation of analytic strategies within Company . * Work with cross-functional partners to develop innovative and optimal representations of performance objectives associated with service line objectives. * Work with team to integrate decentralized data systems, devise and implement strategies for the development of data marts/warehouses. * Support the procurement of necessary platforms to support automated and real-time collection and presentation of data. * Understand the evolving organizational and service line needs and help to plan appropriate necessary personnel to manage these data. * Design and conduct analyses and visualizations in accordance with academic and industry best practices. * Coordinate and monitor team performance, utilizing team diversity to maximize effectiveness. * Effectively project timelines.
