Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) businesses build enduring client relationships through sound, thoughtful and objective advice. The Digital Client Platform team in Wells Fargo Advisors (WFA) Independent Business & Platform Strategy group is responsible for delivering dynamic and innovative digital solutions to best serve the evolving needs and preferences of our customers. In addition to maintaining and growing the current digital offerings of Wells Fargo Advisors, the Digital Client Platform team is responsible for building the next generation of online and mobile investing capabilities and digital servicing experiences, and partners across the organization to drive these changes. This team is changing the client experience delivery model through iterative and agile product development.

As part of WFA Digital, the Front-End Web Developer will create and deploy responsive digital experiences. The Web Developer will work in sprint cycles and respond rapidly to front-end development sprint stories. The Web Developer will use HTML, CSS, and JS to help deliver a fully accessible and branded experience. Work on a team to collaborate on projects, innovation, and problem solving.

Responsibilities include:

• Coding, design and layout of a website according to the company's specifications

• Meet with different agile teams to discuss the needs and design of a website

• Create and test html interactions for a website

• Write code for the website, using programming languages such as HTML or XML

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in the following: communications, human factors, information sciences, graphic, and visual arts

  • 4 + years of experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS

  • 4 + years of experience developing web applications utilizing HTML 5

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and understanding of contact management systems

  • Financial services industry experience

  • Ability to work independently

  • Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas

  • Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications

  • A BS/BA degree or higher
