Advanced Clinical Computer System Automation and Equipment Validation Specialist in Saint Louis, Missouri

OVERVIEWWe are currently searching for a skilled professional to join a well-known client's team as a Computer System Automation and Equipment Validation Specialist in St. Louis, Missouri. The Computer System Automation and Equipment Validation Specialist role will support and enhance the quality and compliance operations with respect to Data Integrity. Their work will have a direct impact on the organization and the larger clinical industry, making this an amazing career opportunity.RESPONSIBILITIES * Author and review solution development lifecycle documents SDLC * Use different software, laboratory, and automation equipment * Assist with strategies that are balanced with design, quality, and risk to support the business and Quality Compliance organization * Support the continuous improvement of Quality Compliance Departmental operating procedures and processes with technical and compliance expertise * Perform change control impact assessments and work with technical Subject Matter ExpertsEXPERIENCE * Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharma/device or other regulated industry required * Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing projects, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict * Strong background and understanding of electronic systems software and hardware architecture, process control systems, and HMIs * Excellent knowledge in writing Validation Documents Validation Master Plans, Validation Protocols, Associated SOPs, Part 11 Risk Assessments, Verification Plans, and Test Scripts * Outstanding organizational skills with the ability/flexibility to react to changing deadlines and priorities * Demonstrated success completing projects according to prescribed timelines and other requirements in previous project management or business analyst roles * Strong work ethic with a positive attitude * Excellent listening, verbal, communication, self-management, time management, and problem-solving skills * Experience with lab systems, plant automation systems, Change Control, and CAPA processes * Excellent documentation, presentation, training, and computer skillsEDUCATION * Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other science-related discipline requiredTo be a best-fit your strengths must include: * Strong Communicator.
