SSM Health Central Intake Customer Operations/Quaility Coordinator in Saint Louis, Missouri
Delivers training and quality assessments for a cross-functional, continuous learning environment and assists in measuring the accuracy, comprehension and effectiveness of training sessions.
Ensures strategic direction of training and quality programs aligns with departmental plans.
Develops and administers training need assessments, analyzes departmental challenges, and develops solutions with a measurable impact on addressing performance gaps and problems.
Develops targeted training and quality programs and directs the development of course evaluations.
Conducts train-the-trainer programs.
Partners in the development of quality assurance programs, ensuring that the information is accurate and consistent, and perform monthly quality audits.
Participates in the development of standard operating procedure (SOP) documents.
Conducts projects and participates in team activities to identify problems and improve work processes and systems.
Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Three years’ experience
Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
