U.S. Bank CD/IRA Operations Specialist – St. Louis, MO in Saint Louis, Missouri

Job DescriptionPerforms a variety of operational duties within CD/IRA Researches and resolves operational exceptions, some of which may involve extensive review Ensures the accuracy of CD/IRA documents and information. Verifies account entries, ensures totals balance and escalates as needed. Ensures that all documentation requirements are satisfied. Creates call tracking tickets for various CD/IDA transactions.

Basic Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent - Three to four years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience - Must be able to toggle various applications to verify documents - Ability to operate various types of office equipment - Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite - Strong ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously - Ability to navigate digital documentation - Good data entry skills - Effective verbal and written communication skills
