Job DescriptionPerforms a variety of operational duties within CD/IRA. Researches and resolves operational exceptions, some of which may involve extensive review. Interacts with internal personnel to resolve issues and ensure efficient service to customers. Ensures the accuracy of CD/IRA documents and information. Ensures that all documentation requirements are satisfied. Responds to telephone or written inquiries and performs research concerning customer needs.
Basic Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent - Three to four years of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience - Must be able to toggle various applications to verify documents. - Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite - Strong ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously - Ability to navigate digital documentation - Proven customer service skills - Good data entry skills - Effective verbal and written communication skills
