Kforce Business Process Analyst in Saint Louis, Missouri

Kforce has a client in search of a Business Process Analyst in Saint Louis, MO.Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems, such as production and inventory control systems, financial tracking systems, marketing and human resources systems

  • Represents the business unit to define requirements and business cases for the technology developments

  • Coordinates with business and technology teams, ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls

  • Provide Level 1 support to our Customer Service stakeholders

  • Need to analyze a support request and determine if issue with system requirements, data issue or training opportunity, work with appropriate teams to resolve

  • Proactive analysis of data to identify potential issues, responding to issues identified by the customer service team, maintaining documentation

  • Contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards

  • Considered expert in field within the organization

  • Develop solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation

  • Ensures solutions are consistent with organization objectives

  • 1-3 years of experience

  • Knowledge of e-Commerce tools, computer system capabilities, business processes, and workflow

  • SAP and/or Salesforce knowledge

  • Analytical skills

  • Experience in writing/updating standard operating procedures

  • Ability to understand system/output requirements and process workflow

  • Excel knowledge required

  • Customer Service experience
