The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join The The Boeing Defense, Space, and Security (BDS) Supply Chain team in St. Louis, MO.

Position Overview: As the BDS Supply Chain HRBP you will assist with setting long-term goals that enable our company vision, motivate others, create business cases for change, and define actions needed to enable the business for the future. In addition to partnering with the BDS Supply Chain Leadership Team, you will also have a working partnership with the enterprise Manufacturing Supply Chain & Operations (MSC&O) HRBP team to ensure the execution of enterprise Supply Chain goals.

Primary Responsibilities: * Build and sustain trusted relationships with executive leadership to be the change agent and strategic advisor across the business. * Influence the BDS Supply Chain vision, mission, priorities, organizational structure and long-range plans. * Senior expert and conduit for the BDS Supply Chain function for long-range business plans, affordability/productivity, high-level skill/talent discussions, development programs, resource deployment, etc. * Collaborate with the Centers of Excellence and Employee Relations/Labor Relations to ensure understanding and alignment of talent strategy and to ensure planning, execution and realization are achieved through solutions, programs and policies * Advisor to local HR on business strategy and talent plans * Partner as a full member of the Leadership Team, leveraging business and functional acumen to achieve business goals. * Travel for work 10% of the time. Basic Qualifications (Required): * Minimum Bachelor's degree * 5 years' experience supporting senior leaders in cross-functional environment * 5 years experience as an HR Generalist/Specialist * 5 years experience coaching and counseling * 5 years' experience with Microsoft Office Desired Qualifications/Experience: * 5 years' experience working with Tableau, or other HR data analytics tools * 5 years' experience developing/implementing strategic plans * 5 years' experience managing projects or programs Typical Education / Experience: Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
