KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, ID & Access Management to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical design and architectural leadership, including documenting and diagramming the logical, physical, and process views within a technology domain

  • Facilitate organizational change by defining strategies for the Firm with respect to technology domain standards and design goals

  • Conduct research focused on identifying emerging technology solutions that reduce costs, increase efficiencies, provide more value, provide more capabilities, reduce risks, and increase security

  • Collaborate with project teams to assist in delivery of the solution implementation by providing guidance as needed to the engineering and operations teams

  • Communicate best practices by giving presentations, working with project teams, and authoring content aimed at educating others about standards, strategies, and otherwise defined best practices

  • Work individually and collaboratively with team members to ensure breadth and granularity of strategies, standards and reference architectures for consistency and integration

Qualifications:

  • Minimum eight years of experience managing and supporting a technology team, and technical projects

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

  • Experience in an IT environment as an architect delivering enterprise solutions in technology domain

  • Strong knowledge in user provisioning, directory services, authentication, authorization, public key infrastructure, and identity federation

  • Hands on experience with large scale enterprise identity and access management systems; hands on experience with AzureAD (AAD), Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and LDAP; firm understanding of IBM Data Power or similar API Gateway tool(s)

  • Experience with working with IAM in Azure, Office 365 and AWS and working with IAM utilizing Cloud Identity Brokers; Experience with scripting and/or development tools used with application integration into identity and access management systems
