KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Business Analysis to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.
Manage and guide counselees by eliciting, gathering, documenting and communicating requirements for multiple efforts of medium-to-large complexity, seeking ways to increase team competency; provide guidance on application of processes and act as subject matter professional to drive technology solutions for the business
Lead, understand, support, and contribute to Analysis Services strategy while seeking leadership buy in; generate and contribute new ideas/enhancements and gather feedback on department
Support and guide counselees' understanding of Business Analysis process and context within IT and seek opportunities to communicate/negotiate with other IT group; represent the department in discussions with management
Complete business analysis deliverables and coordinate efforts across the IT portfolio
Accountable for communicating updates and department information to Executive Leadership
Identify areas for improvement or skill gaps within department and create action plan to address needs; understand, adhere, guide, and work with counselees to understand application of IT policies and procedures
Minimum of eight years of experience managing multiple concurrent work streams of business analysis and leveraging best-suited methodologies and practices
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Experience leading and managing requirements gathering for large programs and/or products required; CBAP/CCBA certification is preferred
Working knowledge of creating and utilizing pivot tables and access databases; experience with functional prototyping tools (e.g. Axure) and Agile methodology is preferred
Proven experience as a manager of direct reports
US Citizenship is required
