SSM Health Analytics Translator Senior in Saint Louis, Missouri
Responsible for multiple departments/domains. Provides expertise in more than one departmental/domain function and workflows.
Prepares sprint cycles and sprint stories. Participates in sprint planning sessions.
Leads / participates in work prioritization sessions.
Collaborates and brings together cross departmental/domain end users to solve shared data problems.
Responsible for building and presenting solutions using existing business intelligence tools available to end users.
Begins to educate end users on how to utilize data & analytic solutions.
Serves as recognized translation expert who understands business needs along with business intelligence tool expertise.
Utilizes strong presentation skills and emotional intelligence to guide end user communities.
Manages program level work, utilizing a high degree of comfort with data governance models, metrics and data sourcing.
Serves as liaison between data experts and functional leaders within SSM and/or affiliates.
Provides guidance and training to less experienced staff.
Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Six years’ experience

Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
