The Marketing Analytics team is responsible for bringing world class business analysis expertise to bear on strategic analysis related to supporting all of the lines of business at Wells Fargo.

This role will support senior Marketing leadership in developing customer-centric insights and analysis that informs or supports business goals. This team provides deep-dive analytics to develop enhanced customer segmentation/micro-segment strategies, trigger strategies, channel engagement initiatives aimed at acquiring, deepening or retaining customer relationships and optimization of the customer contact strategy across various product groups.

  • Oversee a group of seasoned analysts in their day-to-day analytic project work and has the responsibility for all team member development, coaching and overall leadership of the projects

  • Responsible for identifying marketing and business growth opportunities drive corresponding segmentation solutions to capitalize on the opportunities and support cross projects in concert with their line of business analytic and business partners

  • Work with marketing and product partners to develop deep customer profile as well as product, offer and messaging strategies

  • Analyze customer behaviors and engagement patters to identify key customer events and triggers that lead to customer purchases

Key Responsibilities for PVSI Leader Role:

  • Partner with PVSI Marketing OC to support Payment marketing strategy, focusing on strategic opportunities, understand customer payment utilization behaviors

  • Support digital acquisition strategies with consumer deposits. Understand digital channel usage patterns, identify features/activities that can support a digital first initiative such as online bill pay, mobile deposits

  • Provide analytic support for overall card acquisition and utilization marketing strategies for Credit Card. Support new product launches and co-branding initiatives

  • Partner on and support cross Card/Deposit initiatives and represent Card and/or Deposits engagements/customer behaviors

Preferred Location(s): Charlotte-NC, Des Moines-IA, St. Louis-MO, Portland-OR and Irving- Texas. Other Wells Fargo locations may be considered.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling

  • 4+ years of management experience
