U.S. Bank Account Analysis Rep 1 in SAINT LOUIS, Missouri

Provides timely, accurate, and efficient updates to customer accounts. Account maintenance work includes status changes, customer account changes, and noting customer accounts. Processes, researches and resolves items from vendor logs. Verifies accurate logs are provided by vendors. Researches and resolves operational issues and discrepancies experienced by clients. This positions requires a high attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed directions. Candidates should have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Some knowledge of the organization, products, and services of the business lines supported by the department

  • Basic understanding of account analysis calculations

  • Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications, Hogan, Robust Portfolio Modeling (RPM) and General Ledger
