Supply Chain Analyst - Compliance

The Supply Chain Analyst will assume responsibility for Vendor Compliance as well as on-boarding new accounts, analyzing and implementing service changes with active accounts, identifying and resolving service issues and supporting finance with customer deductions. This role will be instrumental in the involvement with the IT, sales, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure requirements are clear and executed to customer expectations based on vendor guides and agreements.

What are we looking for?

  • Maintains documentation on current Key Account Customer Compliance requirements and capabilities, communicating with internal and external users as required. (Chewy, Petsmart, Petco, Amazon & E-commerce)

  • Determines account requirements and potential service gaps by reviewing compliance manuals, EDI maps, routing guides and other media as required.

  • Partners with internal business groups to plan, develop, test implement and document all processes required by the new accounts.

  • Coordinates with internal and external business groups to secure compliance waivers from the accounts as needed while communicating potential risks for non-compliance.

  • Reviews, analyzes and coordinates implementation for service modifications (packing, shipping logistics and data) of current accounts while completing audits to ensure continued compliance

  • Manages the vendor compliance violations (chargebacks) process and identifies opportunities to improve performance.

  • Research and dispute Chargebacks with key customers finding the mutual way forward to manage inventory as well as improve the customer experience

  • Report key finding on Chargebacks and operations performance to key stake holders by implementing tools to track & manage Key Customer performance

What would your key responsibilities?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or similar

  • Experience creating and sharing dashboards / data visualizations

  • Analytical thinking – able to objectively interpret research, extract insights, and communicate in a motivating way

  • Highly self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and proactive problem-solving

  • Outstanding presentation skills

  • Strong oral and written communication

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
