We believe that our differences enable us to be a better team one that makes better decisions, drives innovation and delivers better business results.Job TitleScrum Master - Employee Identity AccessOverview Identity Access Management teams are responsible for end to end provisioning services to support internal employees and external customers capabilities to retrieve physical and logical access to Mastercard systems and applications. The Scrum Master is a key member of one or more agile teams. They are responsible for ensuring that teams are supported and for facilitating the teams progress towards their goals. Applicants should consider themselves to be a driving force for their teams, clearing blockers and impediments, encouraging the team members to achieve the Sprint Goals as well as holding everyone accountable for commitments. Scrum Masters also provide team level coaching and guidance on agile practices that support the broader goals of the program under the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The space the scrum teams work in includes Access Management, Governance and Compliance, and Regulatory IT Controls.Role Facilitate one more Scrum teams, who are responsible to deliver various initiatives and application support work. Facilitate Backlog Refinement to ensure that backlog is well refined and understood by the team for the next 2-3 sprints. Coaching the teams teams to help them in achieving their stated goals andobjectives along with enforcing a teams rules and agreements. Removes Blockers and impediments to help the team in delivery. Protects teams from outside influence and sources of disruption. Facilitates meetings including; team stand-ups, iteration and release planning, backlog refinement, feature decomposition meetings, reviews and retrospectives. Constantly improving the team working practices through Daily Stand-ups and Retrospectives Partners with Product Owners to communicate status and escalate issues and risks that theteam cannot solve themselves. Maintains ALM (CA Agile Central) for measurement, tracking and development of Teams KPI and able to present the same to stakeholders. Ensures teams adhere to processes and best practices while looking for opportunities forimprovement that increase efficiencies and reduce waste. Act as an Escalation Point for teams when issues occur. Be the Go-to person for any problems impacting the Teams Delivery. Responsible for continuous improvement of team dynamics and performance. Assist with delivering high quality business and functional requirements to the development teams for the purpose of completing the design, coding, testing, and implementation phases of the project life cycle this includes writing stories, elaborating stories with acceptance criteria, validating test cases. Work closely with analysts and developers across teams to refine requirements for new functionality and enhancements for service platforms.All About You Experience working with multiple teams. Experience working with Multi Location and Remote team members Familiarity with Kanban, the Scaled Agile Framework, Agile, or Scrum processes. Exposure to agile work management tools such as CA Agile Central (ALM) SAFe Certified Scrum Master or other Scrum Master certifications would be preferred. Excellent organization, problem solving, and communication skills Work with operational teams or teams held to continuous delivery
