Labs as a Service is a joint venture alliance between Labs and Advisors Labs as a Service will help customers create effective solutions to real problems in a compressed timeframe using cost-effective, innovative processesRole:The Innovation Agile Project Manager will own the overall accountability and leadership of complex projects' success, including implementing projects in a timely manner while satisfying intended business results. You will be responsible for managing relationships and communicating with the project sponsor, senior management, and a wide range of project contributors.Provide leadership and oversight on various projects of a complex nature.Responsible for planning, developing, and executing schedules to ensure timely completion of project deadlines and milestonesEnsure methodology compliance and manage resolutions, reporting to management when necessaryEnsure timely and accurate communication with project staff throughout the life cycle of the projectMonitor and manage the project budgetIdentify key barriers to a project's success and actively manages all mitigation activitiesMust be familiar with the system's scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member to effectively coordinate the activities of the teamsIdentify and monitor project risksRegularly communicates to senior management regarding the status of specific project deliverablesProvide measurable input into new products, processes, standards, or plans in support of the businessEffectively lead the project team to align with the business objectives, project schedule, and project budgetEffectively deal with difficult situations and help develop solutions to complex problemsMentor more junior Project ManagersSome travel may be requiredAll About You:Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experiencePMP certification preferredAdvanced knowledge and demonstrated expertise in strategy, planning, and project management required processes and techniquesPrior experience with structured methodology and project planning toolsKnowledge of MasterCard and the payments industry preferredStrong communication skills -- verbal, written, and listeningEffective presenterStrong organizational, planning, and multi-tasking skillsStrong leadership, relationship-building, and negotiation skills are required, with a solid track record for developing internal and external relationshipsDemonstrate ethics and values to generate high team trustDue to COVID-19, most of our employees are working from home.
