Director, RPPS Product Support

Overview:

Mastercard RPPS (Remote Payment and Presentment Service) is a market leader in consumer to business bill payments in the US. This role will:

Lead RPPS product operations team with focus on RPPS product quality and RPPS customer satisfaction

Meet with Customers and Mastercard Customer Care teams to conduct customer service quality reviews and identify process enhancements

Partner with technology, product and regional teams to assist with the development and commercialization of new bill payment products

Role:

Manage relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g. legal, customer delivery, customer support, development, Biz Ops, etc€¦)

Maintain critical RPPS product/audit controls (e.g. SSAE16/SOC1, SOX404, etc€¦)

Coordinate and prioritize platform and product investments with key stakeholders

Validate technical delivery and ensure that output complies with the product requirements and is fit-for-purpose

Move department forward, evaluate and anticipate what RPPS product and partners can do to reduce customer friction and pain points, including recommending business and/or process improvements

All About You:

Demonstrated success in product management and development

Expert knowledge of RPPS product and US Bill Payment market

Experience leading and mentoring staff along with influencing others

Experience with leading product operations and explaining deeper concepts to customers and business partners

Experience with Mastercard enterprise systems (e.g. Settlement, Billing, Data Warehouse, MC Connect, etc€¦)

Experience with agile and waterfall product development

Demonstrated success in implementing business and process improvements

Bachelor€™s degree in engineering, computer science, business, finance, or related field.
