Associate Analyst, Analytics and Metrics
The team provides analytical analysis for a variety of MasterCard products and internal teams and ad-hoc research to explain anomalous events.
Partner with product, technical, and support teams to identify the key measures needed to accurately depict the health of a product or process, and indicate areas for improvement.
Identify the source data to be reported, determine the appropriate method for managing the data, and leverage analytical skills to transform data into consumable and actionable information.

Can you help MasterCard leverage its data to make decisions?
Develop data flow diagrams for MasterCard products based on interviews with key stakeholders.
Translate data flow diagrams into metrics and measures to identify pain points leading to improved product performance or enhanced customer experience.
Identify key themes and correlations in the data, and summarize for Executive Management consumption.
Work with data from multiple sources in multiple formats to develop repeatable processes to support analysis.
Develop methods to allow for self-service, ad-hoc, and enterprise level reporting in working with the Data Warehouse.
Identify gaps in MasterCard data, and influence process changes to ensure accurate and complete reporting can be delivered both internally and externally.
All About You
Prior Analytic or Reporting experience preferred.
Knowledge of MasterCard, MasterCard Payments systems or the payments industry preferred.
Must be able to work independently and navigate various levels of management.
Strong PC skills required, and working knowledge of Enterprise Reporting Tools preferred.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
