Senior Organizational Change Consultant

Job Description:

Our Organizational Effectiveness and Change COE has an Organizational Change Consultant opening that supports Cerner's transformation. You will be developing, leading, and executing comprehensive and organizational change management strategies and plans across all dimensions that maximize adoption, minimize resistance, and meet project objectives. You will build strategies to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative, while supporting the design and developing of organizational communications. You will also identify change risk and develop mitigation strategies while engaging senior leaders as sponsors of change. It is important in this position to provide direct support and coaching for managers by conducting analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders. Other responsibilities include identifying and documenting organizational impacts of change initiatives and planning strategies that lead to successful adoption. Lastly, this associate will manage stakeholder expectations and engagement while leading measurement and assessing the effectiveness and ROI of OCM activities.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, and Education or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience

  • At least 3 years of change management work experience

  • At least 7 years of consulting experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of change management work experience

  • At least 1 year of Healthcare experience


  • Willing to travel up to 50% of the time
