Job Description:
HR Operations is a team that assists groups across the HR organization by managing operations, program and project management and change management across Human Resources, supporting the organization’s priorities. The new Project Manager on this team will primarily be focusing on projects supporting Mergers & Acquisitions. The M&A team concentrates on new or sunsetting contracts across several business pillars (ITWorks, RevWorks, Health Centers, Company acquisitions, etc.) and works with the sales, business, and corporate business development teams. Activities the Project Manager will support include: due diligence, onboarding, offboarding and integration of the program arrangements.
In addition, as a Project Manager in HR, you will be responsible for numerous projects in a fast-paced, demanding environment. As a member of this team, you will work with various technical and business stakeholders across the organization and across Cerner. You will participate in developing requirements documentation, project charters, schedules, communication plans, issues, risks, as well as drive project milestones through implementation. In addition, you will track tasks, create accountability, monitor risk and escalate appropriately. You must be able to prioritize across projects, tasks, and work assignments to keep all assigned projects moving forward.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 2 years of project management work experience
