Lead Integrated Technologies Consultant

Job Description:

As a Lead Integrated Technologies Consultant with Cerner's Federal team, you will partner with Cerner's federal client for integrated technology deployment of hardware and services. Guide internal and external project teams through technical architecture recommendations in complex client environments. Advise on technical architecture decisions across multiple technology platforms and solutions. Act as a final point of escalation for technical and deployment issue resolution. Consult with sales teams to ensure accurate quoting of contractual scope and hours.

Basic Qualifications

  • Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position

  • Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen

  • Bachelors Degree in IT, Science, Engineering, Business, Health Care, related field or equivalent and relevant work experience

  • At least 5 years of systems management or implementation work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of health care information technology consulting or support work experience

  • Previous Cerner experience

  • Previous networking and/or hardware experience


  • Must be willing to travel up to 80-100% as needed

  • Must reside in the Kansas City area, or near a major international airport
