As a Lead Engagement Owner, You will lead strategy and accountability for client roadmaps and project plans. You will direct and manage a team of highly influential associates responsible for delivering value to strategic clients.
You will collaborate with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders to execute client and methodology vision, objectives, and strategy. You will monitor key performance indicators and intervene as necessary to mitigate client risks and ensure value is delivered to the client as committed. You will create and drive action plan for the knowledge leader community. You will drive vision, innovation, and strategy for internal organizational and team imperatives.

At least 7 years of Project management or health care information technology (HCIT) consulting work experience
Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
- At least 4 years of financial management work experience
Willing to travel up to 80% as needed
Must live in, or relocate to, Kansas City; or live within 60 miles of an approved virtual city
