Solution Operations Manager
As a Solution Operations Manager on the Interop Client Management team, you will promote client satisfaction through achievement of maximum value, adoption and efficiency from Cerner solutions. You will manage relationships with key stakeholders across the client base for assigned solutions or venues, consult with clients in navigating Cerner, advocate for their needs and channel feedback appropriately. You will also identify and track client value statements and return on investment, identify reference clients and manage coordination of activity, and execute strategies to increase client solution adoption. As a Solution Operations Manager you have the opportunity to deliver client-facing communication, including email, newsletters, client council calls, workshops, and industry events. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Health Care, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 3 years of health care information technology (HCIT) project management, client management or solution design work experience
Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
At least 1 year of Millennium/Cerner Solution working experience
At least 1 year of interfacing, data flows and IT infrastructure work experience
Working experience in the Healthcare Information Technology field
At least 1 year of managing client relationships
Willing to travel up to 25% as needed
Willing to work overtime or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
