Cerner's Revenue Cycle Management team is growing! Are you looking to join a fast-paced and highly collaborative team? As a Solution Designer you will use epics, features, solution vision and market needs to write user stories and requirements into clear, workable solution and risk control requirements. You will support the development team in planning and estimating resource needs, prioritize backlog to support product roadmap according to business value and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Most importantly you will lead and own discussions between development team, subject matter experts, internal users or client-facing teams to clarify user stories, track issues or resolve problems. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Health Care or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 3 years of testing, development or solution-related work experience
At least 1 year of Agile development work experience
At least 1 year of health care information technology (HCIT) solution strategy or consulting work experience
Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
