Senior Solution Strategist- Consumer
As a Senior Solution Strategist, you will be responsible for developing the strategic roadmap and vision for solutions by identifying potential opportunities, conducting market research, generating solution workflow and user needs, and creating integrated go-to-market strategies. You’ll work to craft, communicate and justify complex, highly innovative solution roadmaps across the corporate portfolio. The Senior Solution Strategist will manage analysis of solution needs and define scope requirements to ensure it meets market needs, including best practice workflows, scope of capabilities and visual design. Time management and planning skills are needed to set priorities for development efforts based on alignment with business goals, strategic direction, voice-of-the customer feedback, timelines and client commitments. Regularly collaborating with marketing and other stakeholders will help in generate client-facing collateral to drive sales and increase brand equity. Communication skills will be crucial to work with internal and external stakeholders on current and emerging solution features and functions. Additionally, you’ll work with IP and support to respond to client escalations, incidents and outages, and you’ll serve as a cross-functional expert regarding current competitive landscape, regulatory and accrediting guidelines, health care industry and market opportunities.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Health Care, or related field, or relevant equivalent work experience
At least 3 years of Health care information technology (HCIT) project management, sales or consulting work experience
At least 5 years of solution designer or product ownership work experience
- At least 3 years of consumer strategy experience
Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
Must live in, or be willing to relocate to, Kansas City area
