Senior Government Compliance Manager - Federal Client
As a Senior Government Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with State and Local Government or Federal client contract(s), and for proactively communicating and coordinating with the Engagement Leaders, Project Directors, Project Managers and other personnel as needed, to ensure such compliance. You will also assist with RFP responses and be responsible for unique State and Local responses. Additional responsibilities will include preparing contract briefs describing Cerner obligations in the Contract, Statements of Work, Change Notices, Change Orders, etc., and communicate/coordinate with respective functional areas of responsibility (such as HR, Finance, etc.), you will also assist with subcontractor agreements and flow-down provisions, as necessary, and coordinate with the Supplier Contracts Team, and review and coordinate with the Client Relationship Executive and Contract Management Office for all amendments and change orders to the contract.

At least 3 years of compliance, regulatory work, contract management experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Business, Management or related field or equivalent relevant work experience
Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
- 3 years of compliance and contract management experience with federal contracts.
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
