Job Description:

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will drive the efficient operations within a line of business by analyzing business processes and data to provide business insight. You will have the opportunity to analyze complex business problems and issues using data to provide insight to decision makers. Additional responsibilities include implementing process changes and process improvements that are sustainable and repeatable; consulting with business stakeholders and participate in cross-functional teams to address business issues; and participating in identified business initiatives and project delivery. Through your strong interpersonal skills, you will collaborate with business intelligence developers to suggest insightful supplemental visualizations and interactive data offerings.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience

  • At least 2 years of business analytics work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience with Tableau or SQL


  • Willing to travel up to 20% as needed

  • Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Kansas City metropolitan area
