The Strategist determines the strategic direction, vision and scope of capabilities for a given healthcare role, venue, market and/or segment. Strategists are essentially the subject matter expert for a given area who will articulate the current competitive landscape and market trends, obtain feedback on solution direction from clients, prioritize development projects with the understanding of the financial impact of each decision, drive the visual design process, and define capabilities for an initiative and the development of the solutions.

At least 5 years of Health care information technology (HCIT) project management, sales or consulting work experience
At least 7 years of solution design or product ownership work experience
At least 1 year of experience as a manager of scheduling, financial clearance, and/or patient access
At least 2 years of experience supervising or directing a scheduling call center
At least 2 years as a patient access director
Willing to travel up to 25% as needed
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
