Responsibilities and Qualifications

Each company at Vista Outdoor has its own unique DNA. From Federal, Remington, Bushnell, Bell, Giro, CamelBak and many more, we are united by a dedication to superior quality, performance-driven products and a love of all things outdoors.

In line with our strategic priorities to simplify operations and leverage commonalities across our house of brands, a major point of emphasis for the IT organization at Vista Outdoor today is eliminating technical debt. Core to your functions is defining associated business requirements and performing gap analysis between process model, technology, and people. As such, you will collect, review, analyze, and manage both system and user requirements and translate them into user stories and associated acceptance criteria. This will include the documentation of detailed functional & data business requirements and translating them into process flows, use cases, training materials, etc. and facilitating UAT processes.

Your success lies in your ability to see and think 'big picture' as you map and document ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ process models. Your success will be measured in part on how successfully you are able to identify, communicate, and implement process improvements. You will assist in issue resolution during testing and reviews and perform test cases with business partners when needed.
