Continuous Advancement Associate Consultant
The Continuous Advancement Associate Consultant is responsible for delivering optimization services to Cerner’s live client base using a goal oriented methodology. The Associate Consultant will identify a specific and measurable goal for each client engagement, analyze root cause, and engage in services to achieve the desired goal. The Continuous Advancement Associate Consultant will be responsible for keeping current with the Model Experience recommendations and applying high value system configuration and capabilities within each engagement. The Consultant is the primary contact for the client's solution troubleshooting and consultation.

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare or equivalent work experience
At least 1 year of software implementation work experience
Acute and Ambulatory Millennium Physician solution and workflow knowledge
Analytic approach – interpret data, analyze data, summarize results
Strong process analysis skills and ability to work in a team and collaborative environment
Technical/information system experience needed to be considered in either/both of the following areas: participation in a Hospital Information System implementation or end-user experience with hospital charting systems
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
