Baseline Requirements:

Sales Acceleration - Business Operations Analyst Intern

The Business Operations Analyst Intern will provide assistance to the Americas Sales Programs team within the Sales Acceleration Organization. This Sales Programs team is responsible for supporting the Americas Zone for the following:

  • Salesforce.com – user perspective management. Ensuring usage supports the business practice for the zone, ensure data accuracy of Account architecture as well as data points for Accounts and Contacts. Provide enhancements to IT team and coordinate implementation into production environment

  • Revegy (Account & Opportunity Planning) – support user navigation, training and onboarding of solution. Ensure platform supports business initiatives for our Go-To-Market strategies

  • Social Selling – supporting Sales Navigator contract for Americas Zone, ensuring that social outreach from sales perspective follows best practice in supporting our business

The intern will be focused and responsible for the following:

  • Main objective: To validate the contact information in SFDC from the various sources/initiatives

  • Data Acquisition in support of Sales Initiatives

  • Current SFDC data validation

  • Researching Web to verify Contact information

  • Calling into Directories to confirm contact location and acquire extension

  • Leverage Sales Navigator + ZIDO including additional web resources for data

Organizational Requirements:

  • Has completed or currently enrolled in classes related to marketing, digital marketing, communications, or related fields

  • Experience with LinkedIn navigation and search capabilities

  • Experience with Google web search engine

  • SFDC experience is a plus

  • ZoomInfo or other data acquisition tools is a plus
