As a Marketing Specialist you will develop, implement, monitor and optimize the digital and/or traditional marketing campaigns across a variety of channels; coordinate marketing activities and other department initiatives.
In this role you will:
Develop, implement, and track marketing campaigns.
Create marketing materials and tools for the sales department.
Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to implement various internal and external communications for the company.
Analyze and report on the performance and effectiveness of marketing programs.
Support marketing team activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas.
Maintain brand standards.
What you bring to the table:
1 year of experience in Communications or Marketing
High school diploma or GED; Four-year degree preferred
Proficient in use of Microsoft office suite and Adobe creative suite
Knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Customer Relationship Management systems (i.e., Salesforce), and content management systems
Writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail
Creative skills in design, composition and aesthetics
Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
Excellent analytical skills with ability to perform data analysis
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Ability to utilize all available resources to find, analyze, and report information upon which to develop plan
Ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
Ability to statistically describe and analyze business financial, sales and operating results
Ability to perform trend analysis and recommend optimal course of action
Ability to use software to collect, maintain, and analyze data
