Bank of America Video Systems Manager in Kansas City, Missouri

Job Description:

The incumbent serves and oversees the Video Systems Management team. Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Provides support to security programs related to physical security, threat and incident management

  • Provide efficient and effective communication of all security related incidents providing law enforcement with recorded video of security related incidents

  • Set forth and create and update various training manuals and playbooks

  • Responsible for the training of new hires and existing employees on programs/procedures related to the responsibilities of the Video Systems Management team

  • Daily monitoring of digital video systems internationally and domestically

  • Provide solutions to highly complex security problems

  • Ensure effective use of resources and business systems for optimum performance in order to achieve efficiency gains

  • Oversee the review of internal processes to ensure they are current and meet demand/requirements

  • Develop and supervise quality assurance measures within the department

  • Responsible for distributing the monthly business review data management and quality reviews

  • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure company standards are within SLA and compliance

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with primary clients and LOB partners

  • Responsible for allocating employees to the appropriate call queues

  • Provide leadership directly or through influence to meet all objectives unplanned events

  • Work independently and manage a team of 8 professionals
